You can apply for the following types of stalls ¹ ²:

Food Stall: Vegan or vegetarian traders only, with a preference for dishes without onion or garlic

  • Retail Stall
  • Charity Stall
  • Community Stall


Important Dates

  • Application deadline: September 8, 2025 (ensure you submit your application before this date)
  • Event date: October 12, 2025


Additional Information

  • Pitch fees are based on a 3x3m pitch, with an environmental bond of £200 that's refundable after the event
  • The event is wheelchair accessible, with accessible viewing areas and facilities available
  • Expect a large crowd, with approximately 35,000 attendees in previous years
