LET'S GET YOU DANCING AND HAVING FUN
Head to the vibrant Dance Zone at Diwali on Trafalgar Square to enjoy carefully curated, free dance and movement workshops conducted by wonderful dance artistes across the UK. Get a taster experience of an array of rhythmic and upbeat dance styles from different parts of India, ranging from traditional Classical and folk to popular Bollywood.
Members of the public of all ages and all abilities are welcome to participate, irrespective of whether they have danced before. Those who do not wish to join in dancing can still enjoy the music and watch the performances outside the marquee.
To ensure that attendees can participate comfortably and safely, we manage the number of people who can be inside the zone simultaneously. Therefore, admission into the zone is on a first-come-first-in basis.
The Dance zone is managed on the day by the volunteers from Sai School of Harrow, a member of the Diwali in London committee.
Happy Diwali
