The Yoga & Meditation schedule for 2022

A drop in opportunity every 30 mins from 1pm until 6pm to participate in a variety of Yoga and Meditation demonstrations.  Experienced practitioners, who are based here in London, will be sharing their discipline and encourage participation in a simple way - no yoga mats required! 


As part of the great heritage of India, much will be shared on practices that support well being for body, mind and soul!
