Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
Meditation is about resting the mind and transforming it. With regular meditation you can you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being.
Mindfulness is being aware of the present moment – about being aware of yourself, your feelings, your thoughts & bodily sensations.
Combining these three with breathing techniques form the necessary ingredients to a healthy body and a positive mind.
