The Diwali Culture Zone is a ‘must do’ to feel & experience the spirit of Diwali. The colourful decorations and lighting inside and outside the marquee represent the concept of adding colour into our lives and the triumph of light over darkness, respectively.  The interactive and engaging sessions within, increases your understanding of the spiritual significance of Diwali in a fun and easily comprehensible way.

 

Things to do:

  • Join in the sacred Lakshmi puja and ask her for assistance in cultivating and accumulating spiritual wealth, such as compassion, forgiveness, and loving-kindness.
  • See a performance of arguably the oldest form of mass communication, a puppet show.
  • Partake in the festival of lights by actually making the lights (clay diyas) and then feel the exhilaration of decorating them.
